  • Occasional translations of more than 300 words (1 page):

    • Rate A (Anglo-Saxon and Latin languages)
      0.104 euros per translated word,
      32 euros per translated page,

    • Rate B (languages with special alphabets)
      0.13 euros per translated word,

    • Rate C (Asian languages and others)
      0.17 euros per translated word,
      51 euros per translated page,

    • Rate D (rare combinations)
      0.2 euros per translated word,
      60 euros per translated page,

      • Discounts may be applied for large quantities.
  • For occasional translations of less than 300 words, the following fixed rates apply

    • Rate A (Anglo-Saxon and Latin languages)
      32 euros for each document,

    • Rate B (Current languages with special alphabet)
      39 euros for each document,

    • Rate C (Asian languages and others)
      51 euros for each document,

    • Rate D (Rare combinations)
      60 euros for each document,
  • Translation credits:

    You can buy a translation credit in a given language and transmit your texts to us without having to worry about payment.

    The advantages of this service:

    • No fixed price (package) for short translations. If you have 10 words to be translated, 10 words will be deducted from your credit,
    • The credits do not have a time limit. You can order them today and use them whenever you like,
    • Translations available within 12 hours for standard documents of less than 500 words,
    • Reduced overall costs,
    • Limited administrative correspondence,
    • Management of foreign e-mails. We receive them, process them into the given language (based on your instructions) and send you a copy of everything.
    • Short texts to be translated can be sent by telephone.

    Rate A : 885 euros for a credit of a 10000 words to be translated
    Rate B : 1100 euros for a credit of a 10000 words to be translated
    Rate C : 1500 euros for a credit of a 10000 words to be translated
    Rate D : 1700 euros for a credit of a 10000 words to be translated

    Please note that 10000 words represent around 50 pages. As an example, this type of option allows you to pay only 0.089 euros per word (for Anglo-Saxon and Latin languages).

  • ORGANIZE YOUR TRANSLATIONS THROUGH YOUR WEB SITE :

    For common Anglo-Saxon and Latin languages, our translators write directly in the html code of your web pages, without additional cost with regards translation rates.

    If the site to be translated contains graphic elements, Javascript, flash, databases or others than those above, the following price scales will apply:
    From your graphic charter the page numbering of the translated texts is 60 euros per page for the Anglo-Saxon and Latin languages and 75 euros per page for the other languages. We apply discounts of 10, 15 and 20% for work that is upwards of 10, 30 and 50 pages. These rates do not include translation.
    The objective is to make your site as effective in its translated version as in the original, therefore, it may be necessary to adapt the graphic charter. For optimal localization of your on-line activity, please consult us.

  • Proofreading and corrections of a translated document.

    Rate A : 0.05 euros per proofread word
    Rate B : 0.07 euros per proofread word
    Rate C: 0.09 euros per proofread word

  • Estimates can be given for page numbering and desktop publishing work to be done on your translations.

    • REMARK: Because our translators are geographically located all over the world, we prefer documents in standard electronic form so that the translators may receive them directly by e-mail and process them as quickly as possible. If you have small hard copy documents, feel free to scan them and send them to us as compressed images (JPEG for example). This does not imply additional cost. Please remember that most scanners are delivered with OCR software (Optical Character Recognition).

    DELIVERY

    For documents of less than 10,000 words, the translation and proofreading are done within 5 days.
    A supplement of 0.02 euros / word is charged to reduce this period to 24 hours. By choosing the translation credit option, we can translate your standard documents of less than 500 words with no supplement and within 12 hours.

    For orders of less than 500 Euros, the work will be started upon receipt of full payment. To speed up the process, you can pay your invoice with a credit card on an on-line secure server.
    If the order exceeds 500 euros, the work will be started upon receipt of 50% of the amount. The remaining balance should be paid within 30 days.
    Translation credits must be acquired prior to your order.
